Thomas Emrich, a technical illustrator and technical editor, is head of the technical documentation department at itl. He has been working in the field of technical communication since 1986. He has developed various concepts for visual instructions for different industrial organizations. In publications, workshops and presentations at tekom conferences, he passes on his knowledge about visual instructions, pictograms and moving image instructions.
