Saul Carliner

Saul Carliner is a Professor at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, and industry consultant. His clients include Bronx Zoo, PwC, ST Microelectronics, Turkish Management Centre, and several U.S. and Canadian government agencies. He has written several award-winning books. He is president of the Canadian Network for Innovation in Education and a Fellow and past international president of the Society for Technical Communication.
